Nonprofits
The Open to All® coalition includes 200+ nonprofit members of the civil rights community and a growing movement of hundreds of thousands of businesses large and small. Together, these businesses are taking a public stand against discrimination while pledging to be Open to All.

Open to All pairs our nonprofit partners with the private sector to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. With more than 200 nonprofit partners, the Public Education Coalition includes organizations focused on racial justice, civil rights, disability advocacy, LGBTQ equality, faith, and more. Is your organization Open to All? Join the Public Education Coalition.
Public Education Coalition members agree to:

1
Uphold the mission and values of Open to All
2
Support the bedrock principle that when businesses and organizations open their doors to the public, they should be Open to All and not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, immigration status, religion or disability.
3
Lend the organization’s voice to Open to All’s coalition to build understanding and offer guidance about the importance of protecting people from discrimination.
We encourage nonprofit partners to show they are Open to All by adding a virtual badge to their website.

Our Community
Open to All is committed to creating spaces where everyone is seen, heard, and respected.
As we lead our partners toward policies and practices prioritizing people, we root our mission and approach in partnership and support. Open to All leans on our nonprofit partners to connect corporate partners with timely resources and data-driven analyses. We welcome our Public Education Coalition to share information with partners through our robust programming, including virtual briefings, committee calls, newsletters, and in-person convenings.
