OPEN TO ALL AWARDS

Open to All honors VF Corporation for their store-to-corporate apprenticeship program, in which retail personnel can explore their ambition and unleash their potential while establishing a meaningful career with the company. The 12-month program eliminates previous barriers to access and advancement, including educational qualifications, experiential requirements, and geographic obstacles.

Open to All honors Petco for creating connections between diverse customers and employees, approaching hiring with empathy and inclusion, and leveraging the benefits of our diverse communities to enhance brand affinity and the store experience for all.

Open to All honors Burlington for their “Be You at Burlington,” an initiative that encourages employees to be their most authentic selves. This three-month training program for vice presidents and above ensures that leaders understand what’s needed to create an inclusive team and their role in creating spaces where all staff members can grow.
