We invite customers to join us. Sign the Customer Pledge and commit to treating employees and other customers with respect and dignity. This is a journey where we will learn together, listen to each other, and create a more inclusive America. Check out our resources, including videos to learn more about implicit bias and allyship.

Open to All partners with businesses to build a stronger community where all customers feel a deep sense of belonging and connection, whether they make a purchase or not. We strive to create a welcoming and safe environment everyone—including employees, visitors, customers, vendors and clients—regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religion or disability and any other qualities that make us unique.

Show Support

Those who face discrimination daily, don’t know when they’ll encounter people who will treat them with respect, and when they will be mistreated.  Knowing that they have allies present, lowers their anxiety and creates a supportive environment. 

Make your support visible! We encourage consumers to show that they are a member of Open to All by adding a virtual badge to their social media profiles.

Post a selfie taken in your favorite Open to All store, using the #OpenToAll hashtag and make sure to tag Open to All as well as the store.
